TLA Rub-plate Torque Restrictor

■ Method choice
1、Please set 2 times the sliding torque more than related other engine’s torque if the machine’s load information is not realize.
2、Please choose the torque restrictor of large range and inner diameter.
■ Torque’s setting:
1、The torque of the restrictor’s magnitude setting is screw-down or release the blot.
2、After build in axes, install notice::
Type TLA50, TLA89:
Firstly, turning the screw cap, fasten the spring, adjust the blot 60°.
Secondly, under the normal load working, the torque of the restrictor stilling sliding. Then screw-down the screw cap (TLA50- TLA89) or blot gradually (TLA127- TLA508), until the torque of the restrictor is stop.
Notice: Every blot must be uniformity, for search for the right torque’s setting should try out adjust some times, the availability angular and preset torque can be reference.
You should adjust the screw cap or blot 45°,under the 50—60rpm working 500turns when you need precise torque’s adjust.
